By checking this box, you agree to our camp terms and conditions, including cancellation policies. * Thank you for registering your camper for N'ice Cream Camp. The following terms and conditions apply should you need to cancel. Cancellations made at least seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled start date/time of camp will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Cancellations must be communicated by calling 518-765-0054. If you call outside of normal business hours or receive our voice mailbox, you must leave a detailed message with your name, the camper's name, the camp date(s) that you need to cancel, and your telephone number. If we do not receive all of this information, we may not process your cancellation and/or you may not receive a refund. All campers must be on time for each and every class. Failure to be on time may result in dismissal from camp, without refund. Campers will be working with potential allergens, including, but not limited to, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, and gluten. It is your responsibility to notify us prior to camp if your camper has any food allergens. No make-up day(s) are permitted for any reason. All campers are expected to follow our rules, including safety rules, and be courteous and respectful of instructors and other campers. We reserve the right to dismiss any camper from camp that fails to abide by our rules/policies, without refund.
