N'ICE Cream Camp
I scream, you scream, all kids scream for ice cream! Treat your ice cream afficionado to four days of hands-on ice cream making fun! In our all-new summer series designed for ages 10+, your child will learn the ins and outs of making ice cream from scratch. Guided by our ice cream expert, they’ll explore the different styles of ice cream while learning the science and art that goes into ice cream making. Each child will design their own ice cream flavor and, at the end of the session, bring home their creation in a 1/2 gallon tub to share with the family.

(Note: All ice cream will be non-alcoholic and no child will be permitted access to our alcoholic ice creams.)
What to expect: While each child will work together with the other students in a fun, hands-on environment, there will be a short classroom lesson on the science of ice cream and safety protocols. Supervised by our ice cream expert, students will learn how to blend flavors and churn ice cream in our industrial machine.
Students will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.
All students must wear clean, non-slip, closed-toe shoes. Hair must be tied back. Students will be given shoe slips and hair caps for use in the dairy kitchen.
Our facility contains allergens such as dairy, tree nuts, soy, eggs, and gluten. If your child has an allergy, please contact us in advance of signing up for the class.
Cost: $275/child
Duration: Tuesday-Friday, 2 hours per day, 4pm to 6pm
